In recent days, in accordance with the stipulations on Regulation of Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Mediation Center of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission has accomplished the employment work of the mediators. Senior Partner and Management Partner of Tahota Hong Kong Office Yang Jianhong Lawyer and the lawyer of Chongqing Office Fu Daqing Lawyer were assigned as the first batch of mediators of this Mediation Center, with an employment term lasting from June 1, 2019 to May 31, 2023.

In the afternoon of June 5 of the local time of Russia, Russia Nakhodka Chemical Fertilizer Company’s Methyl Alcohol Plant Project of an output of 1.8million tons was overall contracted by China Chengda Engineering Limited Company. Under the joint witness of President Xi Jinping and President of Russia Putin, Dai Hegen, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Group Limited Company- the parent company of China Chengda Engineering Limited Company, had successfully signed it in the Kremlin of Moscow.

Tahota Succeeded in Helping Shandong Commercial Group Issue USD Bonds
Recently, Tahota Law Firm helped Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. issue Reg S 3-year USD bonds with a value of 120 million dollars in Hong Kong successfully. After the bonds were issued, they were listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange and subject to British laws. This is the first time for Shandong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. to issue foreign bonds, and the first time to issue foreign bonds directly.
